Alright friends - you asked - I am answering! If there is one design question that I get asked about ALL the time it's how to style your media console. I get it - its awkward. There's this big ugly black box that we definitely want to be accessible, yet don't really want to draw attention to.. we also want to make it pretty, but also kind of want to make disappear...Ammiright? A little styling goes a long way in these situations - placing some thoughtful accessories on your console or hanging a few pieces of art can help make the vignette more pleasant when your beloved TV is not in use.

(Not a tv console but this styling would look great on one!)

How to style your media console : 3 ways
1. Create levels with your accessories to keep the eye moving

2. A floating credenza will give you space underneath for storage, accessories or stacked books

3. Utilize a gallery wall to fill wall space and detract from the tv being the central focus
