Once a garage, we brought this home on the North Shore of Kauai down to the studs. This Japandi-inspired transformation blends natural textures, custom millwork, and thoughtfully crafted furnishings to create an open, connected living, kitchen, and dining space—serene, simple, and deeply livable.

We partnered with Noho Workshop Architecture Studio to bring this Kauai coffee shop's third location to life in historic Koloa town. A bold, playful take on café culture—Java Kai mixes vibrant color, funky details, and breezy indoor/outdoor seating to create a coffee-shop experience that’s as energizing as the espresso. Designed for good vibes, good coffee, and a whole lot of personality
