Working with the new owners, our mission was to completely renovate and fully furnish the space to serve a dual purpose: a beautiful, restorative second home for themselves and a high-performing vacation rental. Because the property needs to seamlessly handle high turnover, we focused on smart, high-impact design choices that balanced coastal aesthetic beauty with serious performance and durability.
