I love making soup - its a one pot wonder that is easy to clean up and leaves you with yummy leftovers. I wanted to share my personal go-to soup recipes - all of these are relatively easy to make an packed with flavor and texture. Bring on soup season!

Moroccon Harira (Vegetarian) Soup

I found this recipe years ago and it's now one of my go-tos. It's incredibly hearty and the Moroccan spices give it so much flavor. If you wanted more protein you could easily add some ground turkey or even lamb, but it's super filling with just the legumes. I recommend serving with dollop of greek yogurt and a side of warm pita bread!
